Hacienda Cocuyo has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending e-mail or by completing the forms included on the website. In this sense, Hacienda Cocuyo shall be considered as the Data Controller of the data collected through the means described above.

Principle of data minimization: only data strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are required will be requested. As little as possible.
